work on a very simple 2-step

with direct contact details.
2. Employers can then view
these profiles and contact
you directly for
more information, or to arrange
an interview if required.

Why we set up this
company.
We at nofrillsjustjobs believe
that looking for work has
been made difficult for the
jobseeker and very expensive
for the employer. Having been
in the position of regularly
looking for work myself, I
know how difficult, time consuming
and disheartening it can sometimes
be. While searching for alternative
employment to the job I was
currently doing, I searched
many of the top job websites,
but found them well disappointing
to say the least. That got
me thinking about a site employers
would love to use because
of the very low cost to them,
the amount of access they
have got as well as how easy
it is to use. And a site that
jobseekers know employers
are going to use, for those
reasons just mentioned.
Why this site will
work.
This site will work for a
number of reasons. It lets
you specify what type of work
you are looking for and in
what area. This can then be
searched by employers in that
line of work in or around
that location. We charge companies
only £10 per year to
access our entire database
regardless of how many employees
they are looking for. We charge
you only £1.50 (2.5p
a day) to put your profile
on our site for 60 days. We
know you can put your profiles
/ C.Vs. on all the other sites
for free, they let you do
this so they then have a database
that they then charge employers
several hundred pounds to
view for a short period of
time. All we charge our employers
is £10 for the year.
Now obviously there are more
people seeking work than there
are vacancies so we cannot
guarantee success, but with
a lot of movement in the job
market eg people retiring,
changing jobs, career breaks
and new or expanding companies
etc, somebody has to fill
these vacancies and this is
the ideal site for employers
to find them.
